How to make a lavender bag in a triangle shape

Filled with lavandula angustfolia, the triangle will be soothing. Most of the lavender on sale is lavandin, it smells stronger but is not soothing. In my shop I sell – when available – lavandula angustfolia from my lavender farm. How to make a lavender bag?

4 Steps how to make a lavender bag

1. Cut 2 pieces of fabric of 10×10 cm. In my case ecological cotton with a print of daisies.
2. Place the two pieces of fabric right sides together and place a folded loop of ribbon between the two pieces, as shown in the photo. And secure the loop in the corner with a pin.

3. Then sew three of the sides together. Fold the remaining open side to the other side, seam on seam, and close on one side.

4. Turn the bag inside out. Fill it with lavender and close the whole side of the still half open side.
