Reducing stress is important

Constant stress puts you at risk of serious health problems:

How do you recognize stress?

  • Are you sometimes exhausted or overtired?
  • Can’t sleep well?
  • Do you often worry?
  • Does it take effort to get to work?

  • Do you find it difficult to concentrate?
  • Are you easily irritated?
