If you are not satisfied with the product delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You can then return the product within 10 days. As soon as we have received the product and it is undamaged, we will refund you the full amount of the product. The shipping costs will be for your account, unless the product is damaged upon delivery (see warranty and complaints)
These products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged upon delivery:
– Textile eye pillows and lavender bags (for hygienic reasons)
– Products on offer
Conditions for returns
The buyer pays the shipping costs for returning a product. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the difference in value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel an order free of charge within 3 hours of purchase. Mail us at shop @ essential.blue
If you are later than 3 hours, please contact us anyway. If the shipment of the package has not been made by us yet, you can still cancel free of charge. If the parcel is already on its way, you can return it in accordance with the rules above.
Warranty and complaints
We do our utmost to deliver our products in excellent condition. However, something can go wrong during transport, especially with fragile lavender. In that case please contact us via shop @ essential.blue within 3 working days after delivery and send us pictures of the product as it arrived. If the quality of the product does not match the product you ordered, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs, or we will send a new one free of charge (if in stock).
If this does not lead to a solution you are happy with, it is possible to file a dispute via Essential.blue. In addition, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If a complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you can file a complaint here.
Complaints due to normal wear and tear during use can unfortunately not be processed.
